I propose that DrG (DrGhost) make a forum. I will set their Banned status to last warning status and they can attempt to appeal their ban, where they will be returned 2 strikes if deemed worthy enough. If not, they will be set to ban status permanently. after being banned, you will be banned for 20 hours. and after that your account will be reactivated for 2 days to make your appeal. after that it will be banned if you do not choose to appeal.
